The apartment has three bedrooms (one double bed and 4 single beds), a separate kitchen (adjoining laundry), a bathroom and a dining room. The dining room communicates with the private terrace, which enjoys a beautiful view of the sea, the beach and the community area. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. The rental price also includes a private parking space. Group bookings made up of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
