AT040 Clarà: Semi-detached house with community swimming pool, located in a quiet area of ​​Torredembarra near the dune beach 'els Muntanyans' (natural reserve) (600m). On the ground floor there is a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and the dining room with fireplace. As an extension of the living room there is a large private terrace with barbecue and a large awning. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one single) and a bathroom and on the upper floor there is the fourth bedroom with a double bed and a single and its own terrace. The house also has a baby bed. The rental price includes access to the community garden and swimming pool. Group bookings made up of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
