The apartment has three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single bed and another with 2 single beds) and a separate kitchen with a utility room (includes a dishwasher), a bathroom with shower and another with bathtub and the dining room with access to the terrace with garden furniture, which offers frontal views of the community area and the (hidden) rental price includes a private parking space. Group bookings made up of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
