AT049 Els Pins II: Apartment located in one of the best areas of Torredembarra beach: 'Els Pins'. It is a residential complex facing the sea with a beautiful community area with 2 swimming pools (one large and one for children) open from mid-June to mid-September, with pine trees (which gives the name to the residential complex) which offer very pleasant shade in the summer months, and a direct exit onto the promenade (which is exclusively pedestrian) and the beach. The apartment has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with access to a terrace with frontal sea views behind the pine trees, a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each. A spiral staircase leads to the ground floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and an attached bathroom. The third floor which is a large solarium terrace is accessible by a spiral staircase from the living room. The rental price also includes a private parking space. Group bookings made up of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
