This accommodation comprises a living-dining room with access to the terrace with a lovely view of the common area, a separate fitted kitchen (there is a dishwasher but no oven), two bathrooms - one with shower and the other with a bathtub - and the four double bedrooms (one double bed and 6 single beds). In the living room there is a ceiling fan. The rental price includes access to the common area with lawn and swimming pool (open from June to September), and also a parking space in the building's underground car park. The location of this apartment is excellent, 140 meters from the beach and not far from the city center. The apartment has private WiFi and shared WiFi in the large swimming pool area. Group bookings made up of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
