It is a first floor without elevator, renovated, but retaining the charm of an old house with its beams on the high ceilings and its tall windows (double glazing). It has a living room with access to a balcony with views of the beautiful streets of the historic center of the city. There is also a very well equipped kitchenette (with dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with a single bed), a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. For added comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the dining room and in the 3 bedrooms. It has a private parking space in an underground car park located 200 m away (3 min walk). All services are very close and in 15 minutes on foot you arrive at La Paella beach (850m) Group reservations made up of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
