The apartment is elegantly decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished terrace and a bathroom. Additionally, a flat-screen TV is included. Salou Train Station is 2 km away, while Port Aventura Theme Park is 10 minutes away. It is a quiet building where groups of friends will not be accepted due to the tranquility of the area and the rest of the neighbors. Activities and attractions Unbeatable location by the sea, beautiful view of the beach a few meters from restaurants and main shops, next to a bus and taxi stop, especially for families who want maximum comfort and tranquility, it is a few meters from the marina, you can also go to the port-aventure or aquopolis as it is 2 km away, particularly well located next to the center of Salou. House Rules: Animals are not accepted 1st. We are available for any consultation in order to have a pleasant stay. 2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels, towel supplement €4/person. 3rd. Entrance Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key collection from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) Arrival time at the apartment: from 5:00 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 p.m. may incur a surcharge. Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 a.m. 4th. Upon departure please leave the apartment in the same conditions as found, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave trash cans in the apartment. 5th.
