Cozy, air-conditioned apartment with pool and sea view, with parking and direct access to the sea. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, a fan, a television and a large terrace with a view of the street.

The building has an elevator although there are several stairs to access the pool and private parking (normal space)

Animals are not allowed.

The environment

Main beach of Salou of 1200 meters and fine sand. It has showers, toilets and a large developed promenade (Paseo Jaume I), with play and sports facilities for children, parking and a central bus station. At the northern end is the Luminosa fountain, the work of Carles Buïgas, and is bordered to the south by the marina.

If you wish, there is also a coastal pedestrian path to cover the entire coast, from Cap Salou to Cambrils via the central beach of Salou.

2º.The apartment is rented with sheets but without towels

3rd entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key collection from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Arrival time at the apartment: from 5:00 p.m. (if there are guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 10:00 a.m., with an additional charge).

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 a.m.

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it. The kitchen should be left clean and tidy. Guests cannot leave trash in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6º.It is necessary to present documents on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. Wi-Fi is optional and must be requested when booking (€5 per day)

8th. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by pre-authorization of the card.

9º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
