On the first floor, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (with a sofa bed), which gives direct access to a terrace (with terrace furniture). There is an internal staircase, and upstairs you will find a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with two single beds and a master bedroom with double bed and exit to another terrace, as well as a full bathroom. This accommodation welcomes families and groups of responsible adults, but does not allow youth events or parties.
