Een leuke grotwoning met een constante temperatuur van ca. 18 graden. Aardig ingericht. Een zwembad op het parkje, ca. 50 meter lopen. Als beheerder afwezig is kun je je melden bij de bar naast het complex. Beheerders spreken uitsluitend Spaans, communicatie via computervertaalprogramma! Mogelijkheid om te eten en te drinken in restaurant op het complex. Grote supermarkt in Guadix, 5 km verderop. Niet ver van A92 richting Granada. Technische staat van onderhoud woning kon wel iets beter, evenals wat dode-vliegensporen op de muren. In de omschrijving staat dat je zelf moet schoonmaken, dit blijkt niet zo te zijn, ook geen borg hoeven te betalen.
