Welcome to this nicely renovated house on Fisketången, a picturesque and maritime area of Kungshamn. Perfect location for the family who wants to live near salty baths and the center of Kungshamn. It is within walking distance to several swimming pools, piers and boathouse areas where you can sunbathe, swim, jump from a trampoline or fish for crabs, there is also a disabled ramp at Tågen's swimming pool. Feel free to take a trip down among the boathouses, perhaps a fishing boat has come ashore with today's catch that you can buy and enjoy. Kungshamn and adjacent Smögen also offer the opportunity to rent a kayak or boat so you can explore the beautiful archipelago on your own. If you want to take a look under the surface of the sea, there are diving experience opportunities both from land and boat. The basement floor with its own entrance is rented to a permanent guest with its own entrance. The house has a generous and open floor plan with a living room, kitchen and dining room with access to a patio area with a barbecue and several outdoor furniture groups. The kitchen is well equipped with i.a. dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and in the dining room there is a warming wood stove. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and a living room with comfortable armchairs and a TV. On the second floor there is a large living room with TV, three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. From the living room, a steep staircase leads up to a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed. The low ceiling height of 1.65 m enhances this cozy and cozy environment. The house has a fiber connection. On Sotenäset and in the surrounding area, there are several fishing and stonecutter communities with additional bathing areas as well as coastal paths and roads with a view of the Bohuslän archipelago. From Kungshamn you can take a taxi boat and visit the Hållö lighthouse or to Smögen and continue to experience archipelago life and the archipelago environment at the now world-famous jetty with bustling folk life, shops, restaurants and a variety of different boats. A nice choice for a day trip is a visit to Nordens Ark, a zoo where you can meet around 80 of the world's endangered animals. There, in beautiful nature, you get the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or to come face to face with the world's largest feline, the Amur tiger. In Väjern there is also Tumlaren, Sotenäs municipality's swimming and wellness facility with gym, wellness and indoor swimming.
