Description: Near the east coast pearl Loftahammar, is this house located together with some other houses at the entrance to the area's largest estate. The house is beautifully situated with a view of pastures where animals graze. The house has an old world charm with nice rooms. A living room with wood burning stove to snuggle in front. In front of the house there is a garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. The nearest bath is 1 km, it is called Bjursunds camping and offers rental of rowing boat and fishing and swimming with child-friendly sandy beach and piers, or sunbathing from some of the lovely cliffs along the water. To the small town but which has the most, Loftahammar, it is only 4 km. Here you will find boating, restaurants, bakeries, exhibitions and shops. The nature around Loftahammar offers a lot of sea, open landscapes, large forests and nice hiking trails. From Loftahammar there is a summer archipelago boat that you can take out to the islands Rågö and Hasselö, a cozy day trip, both islands have food if you do not want to bring the picnic basket. The east coast that the area is located in is one of Sweden's most beautiful archipelago and there is a lot to see and do around. To the beautiful archipelago town of Västervik it is about 46 km, and to Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby it is about 69 km and to the zoo Kolmården it is about 120 km. Layout:
