Description:
A very pleasant holiday home in a very good location in a smaller cottage area in northern Mellbystrand, with a comfortable distance to the nice sandy beach and Hökafältet's lovely exercise area and nature reserve. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening meals in the glassed-in outdoor room or on the patio in comfortable seating. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and a smaller toilet. It features a double bedroom (160 cm), a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Living room with sofa bed, armchairs and TV. Outdoors, built-in and covered, there is a spacious shower. The plot offers both places to enjoy the sun, the family's outdoor activities as well as comfortable outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. At a convenient distance there is Mellbystrand's summer centre with several restaurants, small shops and Strandhotellet. The hawk field is a lovely conservation and exercise area. There are many different walking paths both in the protective forest and by the sea. Just south you reach Skummeslövstrand and then the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the lovely tennis metropolis. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large entertainment offerings and all golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location at Lagan. The city has a cozy center with small shops, cafés and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the city and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with restaurant. In winter you have Vallåsen's ski resort a short drive away. Hallandsåsen also has several lovely hiking trails. For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The closest is Laholms Gk.
