Description
Welcome to a charming accommodation at beautiful Kinnekulle. The accommodation is located on a nature reserve and is a rural croft that has been renovated and decorated with charm. On the plot there is a sauna. The sauna is part of the accommodation and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Here you live beautifully with nature right next door. There is a great chance to see fallow deer that usually graze right outside. The house is secluded and has a large lawn for play and lazy days in the hammock. Next to the house is another house where the homeowners are renovating and that they conduct bioculture on the farm. This is an accommodation that is perfect for the small family who wants peace, proximity to the clear waters of the defenses and there are plenty of historical monuments nearby. You are welcomed into a small hall to hang out. To the left is the rustic charming kitchen. Large pantry where fridge / freezer is. There is a counter with 2 hotplates. The kitchen table seats 4 people and you look out over the fence where the cows can graze or fallow deer. The next room is a large living room with TV, sofa and armchairs. Wallpaper and furniture are of older style with a homely feel. From the hall a door opens to the upper floor. Up here is a sloping roof so if you are tall you should go up when you go up and down the stairs. You come to a cozy bedroom with a double bed. There is a curtain here if you want to sleep undisturbed. Next to it is the second bedroom with another double bed. Here you have a view of the hot tub, sauna and the expanses. The shower is an outdoor shower with hot / cold water. Very nice and comfortable feeling with the sky and nature next door. Toilet is in the house next door and there is also a washing machine. For those who want, there is also an outdoor toilet to use. If you want to go swimming, there are plenty of coves in Lake Vänern. Only 10 minutes by car you are at Hällekishamn, nice swimming area with jetty, sandy beach and lawn. For those who want historical sites and who have read ARN is a visit to Husaby church and the castle ruins of the diocese. Next to the church is a spring, where according to legend Olof Skötkonung around the year 1000 was baptized as the kingdom's first Christian king. Visit beautiful Kinnekulle with restaurant and wonderful views of the nature area. Just outside the house is a pilgrimage trail which is very popular. Welcome!
