Description

A holiday home with a very good location and only a short walk away from the fine sandy beach. Proximity to Mellbystrand center and an appreciated nature area. A spacious, fenced plot with large terrace areas and a practical outdoor kitchen. There is space for all the family's activities. A holiday paradise. From the entrance you enter a small hall and straight ahead is the spacious bathroom with washing machine. To the left you have a small dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and the tasteful living room has comfortable furniture, modern smart TV with chromecast and a DVD (many movies on the bookshelf). There is also a lovely wood burning stove for a little chilly evenings. From the kitchen and from the living room there is access to a very beautiful and spacious glazed conservatory with dining table and sitting area. The room can be opened around when the summer days get hot. Right next door is an annex with a family bunkbed and a single bed. From the guest cottage there is a separate entrance at the back of the cottage to the bathroom, very practical. The terrace is spacious and contains both an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and refrigerator as well as comfortable outdoor furniture. On hot days, the patio at the back is a shady and comfortable oasis. Only a short walk or bike ride will take you to the lovely beach. Nearby is also Hökarfältet's fine exercise facility with both barbecue areas, outdoor gym and sauna. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand's summer center with several restaurants, small shops and the Strandhotellet. Just south you reach Skummeslövstrand and then the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all golf courses. Why not pay a visit to the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by Lagan. The city has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here, Lagan winds around the city and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. In winter, you have Vallåsen's ski resort a short drive away. On Hallandsåsen there are also several wonderful hiking trails. For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The closest is Laholms Gk.
