The house is on two levels with a large entrance and patio at the front where you happily enjoy your morning coffee. Directly to the right in the open floor plan you will find the living room and a large lovely dining area with space for all guests. A balcony door for wonderful penetration during warmer seasons and directly outside a large terrace with both lounge area and dining area and ball grill. Straight ahead is the kitchen with a round dining table where those who are alert in the morning can sit and have a coffee in peace and quiet before the rest of the guests wake up. There is also a trip stair chair if you get an unexpected morning visit from a little one who wants to sit with. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and heated towel rail and a large lovely laundry room with washer and dryer. Large storage options both in the laundry room and in the wardrobe in the hall. The entire downstairs has underfloor heating. Upstairs you will find all the bedrooms in the house where you have the master bedroom on the left with a double bed 180cm. The second room has a double bed that is 140cm and the third bedroom has two single beds, 90 and 105cm respectively. Upstairs there is also a living room with sofa and TV as well as a work corner if you need work space for the computer. The house has a running bike and a 16 ”children's bike and it is also possible to charge your electric car at the house which is paid separately to the owner on site. In Gothenburg with all its offerings from Liseberg, Universeum, Paddanbåtarna to day trips with Stena Line, it only takes 30 minutes by car. It is also easy to get to the city by bus. The nearest ICA is 2.5 km from the house which also has Björlanda Fisk standing outside and the nearest restaurant is down in the marina which serves both pizza and Thai food. If you like outdoor paddle, there are several courses only 400 meters from the house. Come and enjoy every minute and create memories through an eventful holiday in the perfect accommodation.
