Description:
Welcome to a wonderful idyllic holiday home from the latter part of the 19th century. Next to the house there is a small cottage with two beds and the yard has large living areas and a terrace. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings that are available. Only 800 m away is Amundebosjön with its fine water where there is a bathing jetty and a large lawn available. The entrance to the house has a porch with two outdoor benches, you step into a hall that opens into an open kitchen with wood stove. Next to the kitchen there is a living room with sofa bed and tiled stove, from the kitchen there is a narrow staircase up to the sleeping loft which is the house's largest room with 4 beds. There is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet downstairs. Next to the bathroom there is a larger space for storage and washing machine. At the back you have a terrace with beautiful forest views where you can enjoy good dinners. Next to the guest cottage is a storage room where the freezer is located. 1 km away is the rare village Ulrika where there is a shop, café, museum and the church is right next door. There are several lakes within walking and cycling distance. Lakes and streams suitable for canoeing and other water activities. There is something to do for everyone when you plan your excursion destinations both in the nearby area or if you go into the City of Linköping 43 km away. There you can visit the Air Force Museum, Old Linköping in the city district Valla, good shopping in the city and good food. For the cultural, you are welcome to visit the cathedral and the castle at Borggården. One mile northwest of Linköping is the lock area called Bergs slussar Göta kanals largest lock staircase. You come here to see boats that lock, eat good ice cream, rent a bike or take a cooling bath. 12 kilometers away is Trollegater Nature Reserve a well-visited place that suits everyone in the family. Trollegater is one of Sweden's largest bedrock caves. In the cave there is a system of passages that are close to a hundred meters long. The cave is located in southern Östergötland, where the number of bedrock caves is more than anywhere else in the Nordic region. Adventure and excitement await you who want to explore Trollegater. It is 65 kilometers to Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby and 110 kilometers to Kolmården Zoo in Norrköping. Welcome to Dalstugan in Beautiful Östergötland.
