Completely renovated, state-of-the-art apartment in Rälla on Öland with proximity to both Borgholm and Färjestaden (1.5 miles). The apartment is nicely furnished throughout. Here you have a large living room with sofa, armchair, large Smart TV and Wifi. There are two bedrooms equipped with roller blinds where you can sleep well, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. In the stylish kitchen with dishwasher you can prepare your meals, there is also a nice dining area here. You have a large balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy pleasant days and evenings. Large ball grill is available. The apartment is located upstairs, next to/above the popular store Rälla Sport & Fritid, along road 136, so the traffic can be heard from the outside, but the apartment is well insulated when you close. Not for rent to youth groups/parties! Within walking distance down to the sea is the Rälla-Ekerum Nature Reserve with exercise tracks that are usually appreciated by those who want to exercise, but also by berry and mushroom pickers. It is 3km down to Stora Rör's harbor and bathing area. Here you have Grandma's Stone Oven Bakery & Coffee House, which is nicely located by the sea. In summer, their fine bistro is also open. The long sandy beaches in Köpingsvik are a quarter of an hour away by car. It is 15 km to Borgholm, the perfect place to stroll among shops and enjoy a plethora of restaurants and ice cream parlors. Don't miss Borgholm's Castle Ruins where you can really feel the wings of history. In Färjestaden you have fine restaurants. There is also Skansen Spa here if you want to enjoy a lovely spa environment/treatments. At Ekerum's Golf Club (3.5 km) you get both a great golfing and dining experience. Byxelkrok and Böda on Norra Öland are well worth a visit. You also have the proximity to Kalmar with a large selection of shopping and restaurants. Here is also the astonishing Kalmar Castle. Charging post for electric cars is available in the car park to be used against payment on the spot to the owner.
