Description: Welcome to a well-planned villa with sea views in beautiful Hällevik close to the beach and fishing! Here you live comfortably with a spacious garden and walking distance both to baths and restaurants. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with a double bed and adjacent walk-in closet. On the lower level you also have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. You have next to it the living room which houses two sofas, TV and dining table. Here you are happy to hang out after a whole day out to build some new energy. The house's newly renovated bathroom is also located on the lower level with all amenities and underfloor heating. Upstairs you have a larger passage to the two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a nice view. There is also a large balcony that may not be used (ongoing renovation). The second bedroom offers a bunk bed. Just outside the bedroom there is a smaller balcony with a nice view that is welcome to use. Once out in the large garden, you can play and move freely. Here is the opportunity to barbecue and outdoor furniture is also available. Should the rain increase, you also have a cozy conservatory that can be used. Hällevik is the oldest and most famous of Lister's fishing villages. The village is located on a deep bay, beautifully embraced by the two tongues of land Björkenabben and Kråkenabben - the latter a well-known orchid and bird locale. The old village center has traditional wooden buildings and faces the harbor with its well-preserved old stone cabinets. There is a guest harbor, food and various shops, smokehouses, fish shop and harbor restaurant. There is also a charming fishing museum, which gives insight into the village's history. In Hällevik it is close to everything. The nice beach is just a stone's throw away, as is Stiby Backe, for those who want cooling beech forest and beautiful views. The nearest town is Sölvesborg. In Sölvesborg, nature is always close by, regardless of whether you just want to be or get active. Here, in fact, it is not far to something that is pleasant. Most of it is within a leisurely walking distance or a bike ride away. Here you will find, among other things, the nature reserve Ryssberget, where one of Sweden's largest beech forests grows and here the Blekingeleden trail also starts. Other nice summer towns to visit that are close by are Karlshamn, Ronneby and Kristianstad where you can shop, eat well and stroll around. Blekinge archipelago is rich in good fishing area and you are also close to Mörrum with salmon fishing. If you want to go out into the archipelago, there are archipelago tours and fishing trips that go out from several places nearby. From Nogersund there are boat trips out to Hanö, which is a real archipelago gem! In Nogersund is Sweden's largest fishing port, but they have still managed to maintain the genuine atmosphere, with the harbor restaurant Skutan facing the sparkling water and fishing boats. The village has old traditions and parts of the buildings of the 1800s are still there. This can be seen, among other things, in the elongated twine pastures of the plots, where people once hung their fishing nets to dry. Layout:
