Description: Welcome to this house located in the parish of Ardre on a large plot fenced with game fencing. Here you live in a house located on land where the Vikings lived and there are many ancient remains to visit within cycling distance. If you are familiar with Viking history, it may be interesting to know that the famous Ardre stone was found in the exact place where this house is located. The house has two patios so you can watch the sunset until the last ray of sunlight fades or enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The house is built in traditional Gotland style, with stone, plastered walls and an indoor floor made of Gotland marble with underfloor heating. Preparing tonight's dinner outside on the charcoal grill when the sun turns the sky red and enjoying the tranquility is relaxing. The house has an open floor plan between the living room, dining area and kitchen, which creates a very homely and familiar feeling. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a very comfortable double bed and the other room is equipped with two comfortable single beds. The house's bathroom is fresh and functional and equipped with a washing machine. In the sleeping loft, which you reach via a rather steep staircase, there are two sleeping places; a bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Dogs are welcome and enjoy themselves on the fenced plot, but indoors our four-legged friends must stay on the floor, not on furniture and beds. Vitvärsfishing location is worth a visit, you can get here easily by bicycle, perhaps when you are on your way down to a day at the beach down in Ljugarn. Down in Ljugarn there is everything from lovely swimming beaches to restaurants and cafes. Layout:
