Description:
In this fine house built in 1920 with a lovely balcony and garden, you are close to both the bath and the big city. Here you can enjoy a fantastic holiday and experience Roslagen's beautiful surroundings and archipelago. On the entrance floor, there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa group in front of the fireplace, which you would love to have a fire in. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. (You can't light a fire in the wood stove). You can eat either in the adjoining dining room - or why not on the glass-enclosed punch veranda or out on the large balcony which is south-facing and has sun all day. The possibilities are many in this house. There are two bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent room with two bunk beds, i.e. four beds. In the common room on this floor there is also a sofa group with a sofa bed for two people. Bathroom is on the entrance floor with wc, shower and washing machine. At the back of the house is a meadow where there is a trampoline and playhouse/slide and football goal. In the hanging garden there are many fruit trees and in the forest you can pick mushrooms. If you want to enjoy a secluded location with a rural idyll in an archipelago environment and close to swimming, this summer house is for you! The house is beautifully located and within walking distance to a public bathing jetty with a small beach. At this jetty Björnhuvud you can see the cruise ships during the summer with connections to Stockholm. There is also a steamboat with a connection to Stockholm. There are also several lakes nearby, such as Largen, which has a child-friendly swimming area. In the woods around the house there are lots of blueberries and lingonberries and mushrooms in season. In the surroundings there is much to experience and discover, go to Wira bruk and experience the 18th-century forges that remain in their original condition. Weapons for the Swedish army used to be forged there. Take an archipelago boat further out into the archipelago, discover the summer town of Norrtälje or other gems or visit Östanå/Ljusterö for a restaurant visit. Welcome to a wonderful holiday stay with sun, swimming and experiences.
