Description: Welcome to this 1-story house in Norway. The house is a year-round residence that is centrally located with proximity to both sea and nature at a cul-de-sac in the middle of the village. The villa driveway has space for at least 2 cars and is perfect for groups or families with children and young people of different ages, as it has a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have bubble beds. There are 2 WCs, 1 of which has a shower. The kitchen has an open floor plan with both room for many at the dining table and 2 sofas to rest on in front of the TV. If you have an electric car, there is access to a charging post at the house for an extra cost, which is paid directly to the owner upon departure. From the TV room you come directly out onto the balcony deck that stretches along the back of the house and the gable that faces south. There are many nice places to sit around the house. A roof over part of the balcony and a pergola that provides coolness on the hottest days can be nice. On the balcony deck there is also the bubble pool for a nice dip. A stone's throw from there in a smaller building you will find the sauna. The garden is large enough for play and games on the flat lawn. The privacy-protected back has an opening that you can get through on foot to get more safely via the cycle path to the sea and the beach. Through that entrance, you also have the opportunity to get into the house more easily with a wheelchair or similar handicap aids. The house can have some accessibility adaptation through threshold wedges, adjustable beds and a spacious bathroom, prior notification is required. In the immediate area there are several farm shops where you can buy fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, strawberries and potatoes. There are also nearby meat producers who sell everything for the grill. There is also plenty of fish and shellfish in the area. For those interested in fishing, salmon fishing in Mörrumsån is only 10 minutes away by car. If you don't want to cook yourself in the fully equipped kitchen or on the gas grill, there are of course both pizzerias and al carte restaurants within walking distance with beautiful sea views next to the beaches. At Campingen in Norje Boke, there is everything a family with children can imagine in the form of food, ice cream, grocery store, bouncy castle and pool toys to have fun with all day long. There are many fine and easily ramped cycle paths that can lead to both the pulse of the city and nature. Sölvesborg, about 1 mile away, has both shopping and attractions such as the castle and the Sölvesborg Bridge with its 760 meter cycle and pedestrian bridge over the bay. The Ryssberget nature reserve offers lovely and lush beech forests with 157 m above sea level as the highest point. Has both off-road paths for bicycles and footpaths of varying grade and length. By car, you can easily take a day trip to Listerlandet, a peninsula that juts out between Blekinge and Skåne. In this area there is much to feel and experience. A perfect peninsula for those who like to stroll through village centers, walk along the beach, pause in the harbor and take a swim. Here there are several cozy coastal villages, for example Hörvik, Nogersund and Hällevik, with several nice cafés, restaurants and fish smokehouses. In the area you will also find several nice beaches. Layout:
