Description: In this house you experience the history in the walls, a house from 1830 with wide floorboards, preserved details such as stone and brick walls in some places, a wonderfully lush garden and a cozy terrace. The house is fenced, so pets are welcome here, as the owners themselves have pets. The house is close to Stockholm but still in the middle of the countryside, nearby you can buy eggs, cheese and other things that are produced in the area. The house has a large bedroom upstairs with a double bed and two single beds. In the hall outside the bedroom there is a bed (120cm) in an alcove, there is the possibility of an extra mattress (120cm) in the alcove. A fully tiled bathroom is on the upper floor, there is also a washing machine. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with access to the balcony and a living room. It is close to the sea, Årsta havsbad is 5 km from the house. Kålehavsbad is one of Stockholm's most visited bathing spots. This nice long sandy beach is 13km away, just 15 minutes by car. You can take the bus into Stockholm or out to Dalarö, which is a cozy summer resort. From there, archipelago boats also go to Utö and Ornö, two of the largest islands in Stockholm's southern archipelago. Layout:
