Close to Sandviken's long beach on Listerlandet's southwest side is this 1-story villa with basement from the 70s. Here there is plenty of space for both old and young with a total of 4 bedrooms, one of which is in the basement. From the spacious hall you can reach all the rooms in the house. The bright living room, which is located at an angle and has both a dining table and a sofa group that invites you to get together. The fully equipped kitchen at the back of the house has everything required for cooking, however only a refrigerator, no freezer or freezer compartment is available. Next door, you will also find the glazed conservatory, which has a wall from an older farm building that was on the plot before this house was built. The outdoor room is very charmingly furnished with all the fishing equipment as props. There is also the opportunity to eat dinner directly from the grill and enjoy the sunset in the company of good friends. There is room for 2 cars on the lot's driveway, but it is also possible to park along the road in front of the house. There are several nature reserves within walking distance to visit in the area. For example. Sillnäs with its lighthouse at the far end of a main land in Hanö Bay. A 30-minute bike ride takes you easily to Hällevik for a purchase of fish in the "Rökeriet" or enjoy a meal at "Dagmar's hamnkrog". From Nogersund, you can go on a day trip by boat to beautiful Hanö. A similar trip in the opposite direction takes you via the Sölvesborg Bridge, pedestrian and cycle path, to "Glass & sillabåten" in the center of Sölvesborg. For those interested in music, in early June you will find the "Swedenrock festival" a quarter of an hour away by car.
