Description
Nice house in a good location near Söderköping and St. Anna's wonderful archipelago. The house has been renovated in 2022-23 and it smells all new and fresh. The farm has a cozy gazebo where you can enjoy many lovely summer evenings and the garden is hilly and offers many nice places for socializing and playing. Nearby you will find archipelago environments, untouched nature and a vibrant cultural landscape. In the inner archipelago, you experience the old fertile farming landscape with fields, meadows and paddocks. When you are in the Archipelago, imagine experiences with boating, sun, swimming, fishing, kayaking in the scenic surroundings found here. There are many nice bathing spots nearby: approx. 20 minutes away, some to mention are Sanden and Torpa badet, very child-friendly. In the house you are greeted by a large hall and next to it is the bathroom with WC and shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room has a sofa and TV and next to it is a dining room with six seats. On the basement floor there is another bedroom with two beds, a 120 cm and a 90 cm bed, here it is cool and pleasant during the hot days of the year. Washing machine and dryer for those who wish. There are many cozy places you want to discover in the local area, things you want to look at, experiences or activities. Stegeborg's castle ruins and Örtagården, open all year round, are close to the entrance to the Göta canal with all the beautiful passport boats. Cozy harbor tavern, a real archipelago tavern by the sea, summer café with home-baked goodies. Ice cream bar and kiosk next to the harbor pub and a country store a short distance away. If you want to experience the beautiful archipelago environment, you can ride the Archipelago Line. A popular island is Harstena. The archipelago line runs from Tyrislöt guest harbor. At Hålfjärden in the Sankt Anna archipelago is Mon Skärgårdsbistro with a fantastic view of the sea. Come in for a coffee or enjoy a good bite of food from our Bistro Menu. The restaurant offers their popular fish & shellfish stew, salads, hamburgers, the dish of the day & a lot of other goodies. It takes 15 minutes by car to Söderköping, a charming small-town idyll with the Göta canal running through the city, surrounded by old buildings, shopping, cultural monuments and restaurants along the harbor. Kolmårdens Zoo is an hour's drive away. Discover Östergötland and the Archipelago idyll.
