Description: A modern holiday home, high up in the beautiful cultural area of Grimeton. The cottage is located high with a beautiful view and in the area there are several lovely walking and cycling paths. You are close to both Varberg's exciting summer town and Åkulla nature reserve, which offers a fantastic nature experience. From the entrance you have to the right a bedroom with a double bed. The living room and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. There is a bar kitchen with dining area, a comfortable sofa group and a large modern TV with all the channels you want as well as a warming cozy fireplace. There is broadband internet and free Wi-Fi. A bathroom is spacious and has a shower, washing and drying machine. One is a guest toilet. A large staircase leads you up to a comfortable sleeping loft with a double bed. Off the living room there is a terrace with dining table and barbecue. There is also outdoor furniture at the entrance and also a spa bath for four people. The plot is under development and there are material storage at the garage and still no fence at the entrance. Should not be booked by family with small children. The area by the cottage has nice and beautiful walking paths. It is also home to the Grimeton station, which in 1994 was included on UNESCO's list of the 'cultural and natural environments in the world and considered to be by far the most outstanding'. A short distance away is Åkulla beech forests as a very attractive area. There are many nice places to visit and many hiking trails. Visit the Tomb of the Bocksten Man and Bexel's talking stones. For those who are interested in fishing, there are several lakes in the area that offer good fishing. Fishing license is required. Åkulla FVO. In Skällingesjön there is a lovely public bathing area with sandy beach, jetty, diving tower etc. For those interested in golf, Varbergs Gk Ö course is the closest. Varberg is a real summer city with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer city. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and is visible from afar. Take a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow us from the 1200s to our own time. If you go south, you will soon reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Layout:
