The apartment is part of a larger villa. You have your own entrance and patio in part of the garden. There is a spacious living room with an open, well-equipped kitchen. You can use the lawn in the house's courtyard for family activities. Under the shade of the trees you will find coolness on hot summer days. You can reach Falkenberg's center by bicycle or by bus from a nearby bus stop. There are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops here. The fine, large sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills up with bathers in the summer. Just south of your home, you reach a lovely walking area and a nature reserve that offers rock bathing. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses within easy reach. The closest is Falkenbergs Gk. Through Falkenberg flows the Ätran, which has great nature experiences and walking trails. Ätran has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with service and a brewery with outdoor seating. To the north you quickly reach the fine summer town of Varberg and to the south Halmstad. By car you can also quickly reach Europe's largest shopping center GEKÅS in Ullared.
