Here you haev privacy while still being within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurant and other amenities. When you park the car, you are greeted by the beautiful entrance under a roof. Once inside the beautifully renovated house, you have the home's two bedrooms on your right. One has a bunk bed with a wide lower bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and a fine view of the lush garden. The fresh bathroom next to the entrance has a WC and a shower. The beautiful kitchen invites both cooking and communal meals. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay, such as a dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. In addition to a smart TV, the spacious living room also has a large sofa that can also be used as a sleeping place. From the living room you come out to the house's lovely garden via the large terrace with a roof. Perfect for rainy summer days! In the unfurnished basement you will find a washing machine that is free to use. There is a lot to see around Billingsfors and in Dalsland. Among other things, Dalslands Kanal, which you can take a boat trip on, which is very popular. You can walk in the nature reserves around the area and see the various locks. Visit the candy factory in Bengtsfors or why not visit all the filming locations around Dalsland. There are also a lot of activities around Billingsfors, such as Dalslands Activities which offer a large variety of things. If you are interested in art, you can visit Bengtsfors Art Gallery, which is nearby, or Not Quite, which offers many different exhibitions, as well as Dalsland Art Museum. Welcome!

Mooi opgeknapt vakantiehuisje met heerlijk overdekt terras.<br/>Verbeterpunten voor eigenaar huis : weinig kastruimte door veel ruimte in gebruik voor privé bezit, geen gebruik van de wasmachine kunnen maken, omdat de waterslang niet open te krijgen was en de wasmachine vies was door het vocht in de kelder en de badkamer is vrij klein met toilet, douchecabine en wastafel in een ruimte en het was jammer.....
