Welcome to Hällsvik - in the past this was a small village with fishing as its main livelihood, and even today you can feel the authentic atmosphere that characterizes the area. The location is truly unbeatable for anyone who wants to experience Gothenburg's beauty and pulse. Only 20km to the entertainment city with good communication options via bus or car. Here you live at a bathrobe's distance from the beautiful coastal strip, with a jetty, slide and bathing ladder for the morning dip. It is a strategic location for exploring the surrounding nature. Also take the opportunity to visit the nearby islands of Öckerö and Hönö, which you can reach via the free car ferry only 4 km away. You share the plot with the home owner and have your own cozy terracee on the other side of the owner's private residence. The apartment is a carefully remodeled part of the owners' residence, where you have your own entrance. In the hall is the washing machine which you share with the owners. Otherwise, you take care of yourself in this spacious and tastefully furnished apartment. In one of the bedrooms you will find a double sofa bed and in the other one a dubbel bed. For those keen on exercise, there is an equipped gym with martial arts mats on the floor in the bedroom, perfect for the active family. The small but well-thought-out kitchen has everything you need to create culinary masterpieces. Newly installed equipment makes cooking a joy. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bright living room, which has a warm and inviting atmosphere. In the living room you will find a single bed. From the living room you have access to the lovely balcony where you can enjoy sunny days and fresh air. Here there is a comfortable lounge sofa to relax on, while waiting for the evening's barbecue. The toilet is a mill toilet with a flush function. Information on how it is used can be found in the house. When renting bed linen, a towel and bath towel are included.
