Welcome to this newly-built holiday home situated south of Borgholm, on beautiful Öland! In this delightful cottage you will be only 2 kilometres from the sea and 20 minutes walk from the lovely town of Borgholm. The cottage is set on the same plot of land as the owner's home . It has an open-plan kitchen and living room that opens onto the terrace. The cottage has air conditioner all year around and also underfloor heating in the bathroom. The living room is equipped with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. A steep set of stairs will take you up to the mezzanine where there's a mattress with a width of 140 centimetres. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. Öland has plenty of lovely bicycle trails which makes it easy to go places by bike. The nature here is stunning and there's a number of lovely beaches to choose from. If you enjoy golfing, Ekerum is nearby, offering one of Sweden's largest golf courses. Families will enjoy the zoo and the amusement park by the bridge, Ölandsbron. Köpingsvik is another nice place to visit. Or why not take a boat trip over to the mainland and explore Småland?
