Welcome to this beautiful house from the middle of the 19th century, located just outside Nösund on Orust. Here you will find a tastefully furnished accommodation with a quiet and relaxing environment. Nature's rich bird and animal life around is truly unparalleled, and several rare bird species have been observed nearby. When you step in through the unique two-part front door, you are greeted by a hall. To the right is a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Straight ahead awaits the modern kitchen, equipped with an older stove that gives extra character to the room. The kitchen opens onto the cozy dining room, where you will find a rustic table with chairs. This arrangement creates a social and inviting atmosphere where everyone can participate, whether you help with the cooking or sit down closer to the veranda. With its charming and classic design, the veranda becomes an extension of the dining room. It is a joy to eat there and at the same time look out over the beautiful surroundings. Inside the dining room, the comfortable social area continues in the living room, with sofa, chairs and TV for relaxation. Lighting a fire in the living room on a chilly autumn evening is magical! Upstairs there is a large and spacious family room with high ceilings. There are also the two bedrooms, a smaller one with a sloping ceiling and a larger one with a comfortable double bed. Several places in the garden are carefully furnished with chairs, benches and outdoor furniture so that you can enjoy the beautiful garden in different ways. Next to the house, on the other side of the barn, there is a smaller cottage that is occasionally used by the house owners. Nösund, is located just outside Gothenburg on Orust and offers visitors a wonderful archipelago experience with many different sights, activities and experiences that provide memories for a lifetime. Feel free to make an excursion to the nearby picturesque island of Lyr (14km) which can be reached by free car ferry with a crossing in just 3 minutes. The summer in Orust offers many treats in the form of festivals and events. The big city Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg 80 km. Welcome to this rural idyll!
