Description: A warm welcome to a charming red house with white knots in the country. The cottage is located peacefully on a farm surrounded by fields and forest. Here there is a great chance to see Sweden's beautiful wild animals such as moose, deer and hares grazing outside. Here you can find peace and there are plenty of beautiful swimming spots nearby if you want to take a dip in the clear waters of Lake Vänern or in one of the smaller lakes around. The entrance is at the back of the house and you are welcomed into a small hall where the kitchen immediately opens up. Here there is a small dining table, stove with 4 plates and fridge/freezer. There are plenty of household items for the house. In the kitchen there is also a stove that you can use. Firewood is available for purchase in the store. Directly in front of the house is a bathroom with wc/sink and shower. Next to the house is a larger room with a dining table for 4-6 people. There is also an infrared sauna in here. This means that the sauna has panels that provide direct heat rays using infrared rays. If you want to use it, it can be booked on site for a fee. You can also notify the home owner via the information in the booking confirmation. On the lower level there is a small sleeping alcove with a single bed. Next to it is the house's living room with a sofa and TV corner. There is also a stove in here that is not in use. The stairs up go from the kitchen and lead you to the sleeping loft. Up here there is a slanted ceiling and approx. 170 cm to the beams. But in the middle of the aisle there is no problem if you are tall. In the loft there are two single beds on each side. Behind the brick is a double bed. There are also TV screens here if you want to stream movies, for example. The area is peaceful and quiet. There are large grassy areas for playing and running. On the property there is a barn where the homeowner lives and works. There are plenty of historical monuments in the area with medieval churches, rock carvings, rune stones and lily stones. Several of the churches date from the 12th century. Kinnekulle is a well-visited outdoor area with magnificent views, a restaurant and beautiful trails for those who like to hike, walk or cycle. You are close to both Lidköping and Mariestad, which are beautiful lakeside towns longed by Lake Vänern, which offer lots of nice swimming and nature experiences. Here you will have a great time and have a nice holiday. Layout:
