Description
Wonderful house in sunny Bergkvara with both nature and the sea nearby. Here you only have a 300m walk down to the sea, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip and nice seaside promenades. Canoe and life jackets are available for those who want to explore at sea. You have a lovely plot in a nice summer cottage area where you can enjoy the green nature and the horses that graze just outside the plot. The house has a large veranda where you can enjoy well into the evening, there is both dining furniture and lounge furniture. You have an open living room where you have a kitchen area with a dishwasher and most of what you might need. There is also a dining area and a living area with a comfortable sofa in front of the TV with a wide selection of channels. There is also a beautiful wood-burning stove here, which can be lit with care for those who master this. There are three bedrooms. One with a double bed of 160 cm, the second with a bunk bed, the third with a 120 cm bed. There is also a guest cabin with a double bed on the grounds. The house also has a sleeping loft if you prefer to sleep here. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. You are welcome to bring pets that are attentive to the house. It is possible to fence the back. Smoking not allowed Not for rent for parties You can swim from the jetty directly down by the sea. Here are surfboards (without sails) that you are welcome to use. If you want a larger swimming area, Dalskär's camping is within walking distance. Here there is a fine sand stand, jetty with jumping tower, heated pools, restaurant with entertainment, ice cream, mini golf, beach volleyball and padel. Bergkvara is perfectly located for various excursion destinations if desired. For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses, Möre Golf Club is only 6km away. There is also a nice restaurant and padel if desired. Boat trips to Garpens lighthouse depart from Bergkvara harbour. Blomlöf's fish smokehouse offers a popular restaurant and farm shop. Picturesque Kristianopel is well worth a visit with its fine guest harbour, its small shops, restaurants and cafes. Café Sött o Salt is a hot tip. In Kalmar, there is a wide range of everything you could wish for, as well as attractions such as Kalmar Castle and the Kalmar County Museum, which are well worth a visit. Skälby farm with fun playgrounds and close contact with the farm's animals is recommended for families with children. You are close to the sun and the windy island of Öland. Karlskrona is also nearby if you want to explore the beautiful city and its wide range. At Stufvenäs Gästgifveri you can enjoy good food or a few hours at the fine spa.
