Holiday home TORHAMN - Sweden (SE-17136)
Description
This beautiful archipelago island can be reached by free cable ferry that runs once a quarter of an hour from early morning to late evening every day. Staying on Ytterön gives you peace and relaxation with sea and rocks in the landscape. Several bathing spots to walk to within a few hundred meters. Child-friendly swimming at the shallow sandy beach in "Håleviken" or swimming in "Kjortelviken" from the cliffs. There are a total of 3 houses on the large and secluded plot. The largest house has been carefully renovated in recent years. The kitchen, which has been modernized, has all the facilities you could want and the dining area in the family room invites you to enjoy pleasant moments together both in the sofa area and around the table. A bedroom with a double bed on the lower level and a sleeping loft with two single beds up narrow stairs from the hall. Bathroom with shower and WC. Patio door from the open family room out to the wooden deck with garden furniture and charcoal grill. The annex at the back of the house has a bedroom for two and the other annex through the lush garden is also intended for two people. This annex has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Family room with narrow ladder up to the sleeping loft with two single beds. The open floor plan with the roof open up to the ridge gives this small house a lot of space. Here, too, a balcony and wooden deck in two directions. Here, both family across generations and friends can enjoy the accommodation distributed among the different houses. On bicycles that are available, you can easily get further out on Hästholmen to explore more bathing spots, nature reserves or cultural heritage such as the boat building. With the ferry from Yttre Park, you can go on day trips to other islands and also to Karlskrona in about 40 minutes in summer. Torhamn, on the mainland, is the nearest place with services such as a grocery store and the restaurant "Café Måsen" in a beautiful harbor environment. A trip with the car up towards Kristianopel on the easternmost part of Blekinge can be recommended, among other things to visit flea markets and farm shops along this beautiful road.
