If the sun is shining, there is an awning that can be folded out as protection. For the adventurous, there is a rowing boat ready at the private jetty, ready to take you on exciting excursions or peaceful fishing trips. The lake is your playground and you can explore its secrets in peace and quiet. Between the house and the lake passes the small dirt road with very limited traffic. The house's social areas are perfect for spending time with family and friends. In the spacious living room, there is plenty of room for everyone to gather and create memories that will last a lifetime. The open floor plan allows you to cook in the modern kitchen while engaging in conversation and laughter with your loved ones. The house is equipped with a bathroom and also a separate WC. When it's time to sleep, the house offers three cozy bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable double beds, one of which is in the guest house.
