Close to white, long sandy beaches, one of Sweden's best golf courses and a rich selection of music and cultural events at Listerlandet. Located on the top floor of a wing building on this meat producing farm, the accommodation has a balcony with morning sun at the entrance. Large family room with open floor plan and exposed ceiling beams that provide fantastic space together with skylights for additional light. Here there are dining tables to enjoy meals at if the weather does not permit sitting on the balcony. The kitchen area with the option of self-catering, where a microwave with grill function and a hob without an oven complements the outdoor grilling. In the spacious sofa, everyone gets a seat in front of the large film screen with a projector that you can use through chromecast connection. At the far end of this large room, two single beds are placed in a secluded corner. In the bedroom with a window facing the yard, there is a double bed, junior bed and cot for the smallest guest. A passage to the bedroom leads past stairs with a baby gate, down to the locked part of the house which is the owner's private accommodation. The fresh bathroom with sloping ceiling next to the bedroom has a shower and washing machine. In addition to the opportunity to pet the sheep, book a horse ride or tennis lesson, you can see ancient remains in the nearby Höga rör at Mörby hill with a wide view within walking distance. You go to the beach mostly on a car-free road or rent a bicycle on the farm. Also access to a motorized gator is available for rent for beach visits or golf games with room for 2 people. Traveling over the pedestrian and bicycle bridge to the small-town idyll of Sölvesborg with its wide range of services, shopping and eateries open all year round can be recommended. In the farm shops in the area, you can buy meat and vegetables to cook yourself if you don't want to visit one of the options open in summer at Sandviken's ocean swimming pool or the Golf Club's restaurant. Sauna, bike and "street" rental as well as the previously mentioned activities are booked directly by the owner and preferably in advance. Even you who want to bring your horse are offered to rent a box during your stay.There are large fenced areas to hang out and play in, but the farm is a workplace with tractors and tools, which means that children and pets must be supervised.
