Description: Really homely and fresh house in Spjutterum with glazed conservatory and large lovely balcony. Here you live perfectly on the slightly quieter eastern side of Öland with a good location for exploring the island. The house has a large open living room with kitchen, nice dining area and living room with comfortable furniture. The open upper floor is separated by a partition wall. Here you sleep in a double bed and a 140 cm wide sofa bed for two. On the lower level there is a bedroom with a family bunk bed where the lower bed is 140 cm wide and accommodates two who want to lie close. The bathroom with wc, sink and shower is on the lower level. You have a lovely glazed conservatory where you can enjoy well into the evening. You can reach the nice balcony from the balcony door from inside or from the conservatory. There is fine outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill here. You only have 3.8 km to Öland's eastern coast with Bjärby Badplats, where you can experience a wonderful sandy beach. Bläsinge is also a lovely sandy beach. There are many "gems" to discover on Öland's slightly quieter east coast. You have beautiful nature and lovely hiking trails such as Nunnedalen close in. Gråborg is Öland's largest ancient castle, you also have Borgholm's castle ruins which you must not miss. In the summer, there are many lovely cafes, ice cream cafes, fashion studios, flea markets and farm shops to explore. In Runsten there is Antik & Loppis which is well worth a visit, there is also Runstens Gård with its popular farm shop. If you want to enjoy a larger selection of restaurants, ice cream cafes and entertainment, it is 20 km to Färjestaden and 25 km to Borgholm. If you want more well-visited beaches, there is Köpingsvik not far away or wonderful Böda with its undulating beaches located higher up on Öland. Don't forget to eat body cakes for lunch some day, a real Öland delicacy. Layout:
