Lovely house in beautiful Nydala Mönsterås with sea view and close proximity to a nice beach. The house is situated beautifully on a hill with a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture, hammock, and sun loungers where you can relax. You have a lovely enclosed room with armchairs where you can lean back and enjoy the sparkling sea. Here you can open up towards the terrace. The house has an open floor plan with a living room with a dining area and a living room area with a sofa in front of the TV. You have a small kitchen adjacent to the living room. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a 120cm bed. You also have a guest house with a bunk bed where the lower bunk is 120cm wide. There are two small bathrooms, one with a washing machine and shower cabin, the other with a toilet and sink. Nydala is a nice seaside area with beautiful nature and nice hiking trails. Directly below the house is the charming little boat harbor. The nice beach with a jetty can be reached when coming from the road behind the house that leads to the small path to the beach. A true summer idyll. Mönsterås is only 4km away. Here you will find restaurants, cafes, and shops in a cozy environment. The Water Palace is usually popular with children. You also have numerous day trips available if you wish. Kalmar with its beautiful castle and its wide range of attractions. Drive over the bridge to the island of Öland. In Oskarshamn, you can take the ferry to Byxelkrok on Öland. There are many charming towns in the vicinity. Like Pataholm with its popular café, Timmernabben with its beloved fish restaurant and smokehouse in the harbor. There is also a candy factory. Beautiful Oknö is also popular for swimming or a restaurant visit.
