Welcome to create holiday memories in this family-friendly, fresh house in a quiet residential area with a fantastic sea view. From here, it is close to swimming, playground and Karlskrona city with the archipelago traffic's daily trips. The house's entrance floor has an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. All possibilities for cooking are available in the fully equipped kitchen with large counter surfaces. Dining area with space for shared meals, piano for the connoisseur of music and sofa group in front of the stove for the coziest moments. A patio door leads out to the glazed conservatory at the front of the house with a beautiful sea view. In the other half of the house there is a bedroom with a double bed and one with a pull-out double bed in the study which has access to two screens on the desk for those who want to use for work or play. Bathroom with shower located between the bedrooms in the hall and here also a staircase to the basement floor. Below the stairs a washroom with a glass wall in a large shower area. In the hall entrance to separate toilet with sink. At the far end with a basement window that provides plenty of light in the bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe storage. There is also an extra, removable bed for use anywhere in the house. The large fenced garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the lawn has room for lots of play and activities. A wood-fired hot tub can be rented at an extra cost during September - May and is paid on site to the owner. There are also a lot of cultivated vegetables and spices for the guests to use freely. Smaller boat for excursions or fishing at sea is also included in the weekly rent May - September and also with life jackets in different sizes. Sturkö, which is connected by a bridge, is one of the larger islands in the archipelago and has a grocery store, restaurant and bakery. There is much to discover here on foot or on a bicycle borrowed from the accommodation. By car, you can easily get to "Barnens gård", which is a water - and play area with the farm's animals to pet and cuddle with. The naval city of Karlskrona has a lot to see and experience, for example the Marine museum with a submarine to visit and very interesting history for both adults and children.
