Here you can enjoy a vacation in a newly built, stylish villa with wonderful open spaces, generous rooms, and a large terrace that invites you to pleasant pool baths and enjoyable moments in various seating areas. Open social floor plan between the kitchen and living room, three comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed (160) and a sofa bed (120) for one person, one bedroom with two single beds (90x2) and a foldable extra bed (80). In the master bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed (160) with proximity to the pergola on the patio. Two bathrooms, one with a shower, toilet, and sink, and one with a toilet and sink. Please note that the fireplace, washing machine, and built-in microwave are not to be used. Please keep an extra watch on children by the pool to ensure they do not fall in! The house is situated on a hilly natural plot with a large terrace that is high up and offers a glimpse of the lake between the trees. Here you can enjoy pleasant dinners, sunbathe, or why not read a book in the cozy pergola with the birds singing in the background. A short walk about 1 km away you will find Nysättra beach, a very child-friendly beach with a playground, toilet, and jetty. Lundabadet closer to Norrtälje is also recommended. Otherwise, there are countless swimming spots throughout Roslagen, ranging from rocky baths to beautiful stone and sandy beaches. In Norrtälje, Stockholm's Archipelago, there is something for everyone! Beautiful nature and hiking trails, nice restaurants and cafes. Farm shops, local crafts, and boat trips in the archipelago to explore Stockholm's rich island life. Or why not a trip to central Stockholm for a bit of city pulse for those who wish.
