This lovely holiday home with an open layout consists among other of a large kitchen area and a large patio, close to a lake with bathing opportunities. The first thing you will see is the fine entry patio which is suited under some roof. The ground floor consists of a modern kitchen with a kitchen island along with a large dining area, a living room with a nice sitting group. The living room has high ceiling which gives the room extra spacious feeling, with large window sections and two exists facing the large patio which is located on two sides of the holiday home. On this floor you will also find a bedroom equipped with a double bed, a WC with a fully tiled shower space in top class. A large well planned second entrance with laundry machine. The beautiful turned staircase will take you to an additional living room on the upper floor, along with two bedrooms where one is equipped with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The whole holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating and is very tastefully built and decorated. On the large patio which goes around two sides of the holiday home you can find several outdoor furniture and grill, which makes this spot perfect for sunny days. There are plenty of room on the large lawn for both games and play. There are about 500m to the large lake of Sommen where you can take a swim from the natural beach. There is approximately 5km to the local public bathing spot whit sandy beach and bridges which suits the younger. You can rent a boat out on the island of Torpön (about 10km), which you can use to go out and fishing or just take a relaxing trip on the water. Weekly fishing license can be purchased in the town. Out on the Torpön you can find summer stores, restaurants, nature reserve and several hiking trails. Or might a car trip around the lake suits as a day trip with many small picturesque villages and several attractions. You can book a tour with a real steamboat from Tranås which goes around the lake, a large experience with a lot of feelings. There are several shopping opportunities as well restaurants and attractions in the nearby towns like Tranås, Gränna, Nässjö and Eksjö. For the younger in the company a trip to Kolmårdens zoo (1,5hour with car) or “the wold of Astrid Lindgren” (about 1 hour car ride) might suit better. E.B. due to poor reception, there are no channels on the TV, but since it is an Apple TV you can watch television through your iPhone/ iPad. Free Wi-Fi Welcome to a holiday home in top class.
