Unfortunately we are very disappointed
First of all in reservation was mentioned wrong adres. We arrived to address in reservation, but didn’t find our accommodation ((( then with help of locals we figured out that this apartment located by the Golf felt and drived there. Then it took us another half hour to look for appartement
Another disappointment was that there wasn’t the key by arrival, nobody was in appartement too. We have spent another hour trying to contact service of bell villa and owner of appartement. By the way in reservation wasn’t any information about how to get the key and even no phone number of the owner of the apartment. Phone of bell villa wasn’t answering. After 1 hours chatting with bell villa customers serving finally someone gave us the number of appartement owner, but this number also wasn’t answering… finally after another half an hour owner called us back, when we already were frizzing out outside. They finally gave to us instructions to get the key. It was hidden in basement of the building. Very bad that we don’t receive any instructions about this in advance.
Finally when we have entered inside the apartment we discovered that there are no towels and no any bedding. It wasn’t mentioned in reservation.(((
Don’t think that we are going to do any bookings via bellvilla in future(((
