Guest assessment:
Roof above the terras cannot be closed (mechanicsl faillure); no airco in living areas (only in bedroom) despite advertise text; windows in bedroom cannot be opened; low privacy when sitting outside on the terras. Overall design of the house looks nice, but these shortcomings are neutralizing the overall feeling to be honest.
