We have just come back from a 10 day stay in the superior studio with a sea view, The apartment is a converted attic so there are some issue with a low ceiling, the kitchen is small but useable, as is the bathroom, It is also at the top of a hill with about 140 steps down to the coast, That's enough of the negatives, being on a hill means there are fantastic views of the harbour so that you can watch all the boats coming and going, There are huge cruise liners to small boats none of which can be heard once the window is closed, There is a small lovely beach 10 minutes walk away, Sema the host is fantastic, she was there to welcome us when we arrived and on two occasions brought us home made wine and cake, She even made us an evening meal one night and brought it up to our balcony, All amenities are within walking distance including a supermarket, bakery, a street with loads of bars and but into town, If you are thinking about booking this room, then do it, We cannot recommend it enough

The Guest House Avdic was perfect! 10min walk from the sea, very well connected to the Old Town and only 10min away from lots of restaurants/bars, The owner is the sweetest lady,,she surprised us with house wine and homemade desserts, The flat extremely clean and quiet, Perfect for a couple that wants to visit southern Croatia without wanting to stay in the more caotic Old Town! Thank you so much!

Amazing views, Nice terrace, Clean, Good location, Semy (the owner) is great, Highly recommended, Her son has an agency where you can book excursions, Very nice people, The apartment very cosy, Quiet area, Nice restaurants around,

Apartment is great, located around 3km from old city, but 5 min from bus station, I recommend this apartment to everyone who want to come to Dubrovnik, Bed is good, everything is clean, , , ,

Semy is a very kind landlady, despite her English communication ability is so so, she always try her best to fulfil her guests request, such as doing laundry, provides salad oil, offer welcome drink and cakes Particularly I love their balcony, I enjoy very much my breakfast &, dinner in such a nice balcony, If I will come back Dubrovnik, for sure I will like to stay in this guesthouse again,

Really great place, view, location and owner, We got one hour and a half earlier, and just wanted to leave the car, but the owner was really nice and offered the room and even brought us juice and pie, Looking forward to our next stay here, when we pass through Dubrovnik,

The room was perfect, with unique seaview, the the host are very nice people, The help with whatever you need, Recomend thi place for everyone, The only thing i didnt like is the location, Because is a little bit far from the old city, but is quite neighbourhood

On the outskirts of the old town off Dubronik is this charming little guest house, (approx 10 mins ) There is a supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants just a short walk away, We had a small apartment that Over looked the bridge with stunning views, The owner Semy made us feel right at home, and one day gave us some of her home baking and a bottle of her own red wine which was delicious!! The apartment was very clean , comfortable and fantastic value for money, I would definitely return and would recommend this accommodation,

Perfect location,Only 15mins bus to get to the Old city,Quiet and peaceful area,Supermarket and bakery only 200m from the house,Landlady and her family are really welcoming!The room is really clean and the landlady always make sure that everyhing is fine,I definitely recommend it,
