We love Ivana',s apartment, Its so beautiful and tastfully decorated, definately home from home and so much more, We stayed in the apartment with the patio doors which was lovely to open out everyday, Stunning outdoor garden that',s well kept and maintained by Ivana and her lovely Husband, They have a friendly calm dog, so many amazing flowers and few tortoises in the garden free to crawl around which was so nice to see, The Apartment has everything you need from towls, sun creams, shower gels, all cooking utensils, seasonings and oils, A separate iron /, laundry room few doors from our apartment which was very handy, Ivana is very considerate, when we arrived she stocked up the fridge with cold drinks beers and juice, butter and jams, homemade cheese cake and a loaf of bread, Ivana speaks very good English, she is very knowledgeable and gave us lots of restaurant recommendations and sights to see, She also makes amazing homemade Liquore with fresh ingredients from her garden which we could help ourselves to, The amaretto like Liquoir taste so good, Everything is walking distance, local supermarket and bakery with fresh bakes is 5 mins walk away, Marina /, beach is 25 mins away, So many resturants to choose from,,,, some of our favourites: barba (old town), Yacht Club Orsan, Orks (marina), Marangun, Love bar, Lots of steps so bring comfy walking shoes, This is a lovely apartment, you can tell the owners take pride in their homes and surrounding areas, We would definately come back and stay again, Highly recommended

The warm welcoming that we received is incredible, they recommend us on the spot and some restaurants, and tell us every details about Dubrovnik, The host treated us like family, take care of our every need, even helped us to handle our laundry so we can take a rest earlier! The host made us delicious cheesecake, even drove us to the main bus station and let us the store our luggage on our last day, The house is very clean and surrounded by peaceful and quiet environment, the garden is beautiful with different types of flowers, and the dog is so adorable and friendly!! We can even watch the sunset just sitting in the garden, Super recommend everyone this lovely and cozy apartment, which makes you feel like home! We will definitely choose this apartment again if we visit Dubrovnik again!

A corner of tranquillity in DubrovnikThis is a beautiful comfortable apartment, located in a quiet elevated area of Dubrovnik, featuring a tidy lovely garden and another room with a fireplace for guests, The Old Town is just 20-25 mins walk from there, There',s really of attention to details: everything is chosen with care and makes that place really look special, We genuinely felt our hosts were some of the kindest and friendliest people on earth: they gave us a lot of advice and did their very best to help us, including arranging a free parking near the apartment, in an area where finding a spot to park your car is really challenging, Highly recommended!

Bisher unsere schönste Unterkunft in Kroatien, Ivana und Bozo sind die besten Gastgeber die man sich vorstellen kann, Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und neuwertig, Es fehlt an nichts! Es gab sogar ein extra Abstellzimmer, Der Garten ist einfach ein Traum und wir sind sehr gerne abends noch auf unserer Terrasse gesessen, Zudem ist es sehr ruhig, Zu Fuà ist der alte Hafen in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar, Die Altstadt in 25 Minuten, Wenn es mehr als 10 Punkte gäbe: Ivana und Bozo hätten sie verdient!

Wunderbar, Danke nochmals, Niemand hat bisher von dem Zugang zu den Stränden berichtet und vielleicht kann ich das hier tun: Der Strand des Bellevue Hotels ist ca, 15 Minuten zu Fuà entfernt, Auf dem Weg liegt ein Supermarkt (sehr praktisch, wenn man gerne selbst kocht), Der Strand hat zwei Abschnitte, der erste ist eher eine Badestelle mit Blick aufs Meer, der zweite mit Blick in die Bucht ist morgens sehr schön, weil es dann dort sonnig ist, Uns hat unser dieser recht nahe gelegene Strand auf jeden Fall auch sehr gut gefallen, Und die Unterkunft liegt dann auch ziemlich mittig, um die Altstadt zu erkunden, ins Hafengebiet zu kommen oder an die Strände von Lapad zu fahren,

Wunderbar, Danke nochmals, Niemand hat bisher von dem Zugang zu den Stränden berichtet und vielleicht kann ich das hier tun: Der Strand des Bellevue Hotels ist ca, 15 Minuten zu Fuà entfernt, Auf dem Weg liegt ein Supermarkt (sehr praktisch, wenn man gerne selbst kocht), Der Strand hat zwei Abschnitte, der erste ist eher eine Badestelle mit Blick aufs Meer, der zweite mit Blick in die Bucht ist morgens sehr schön, weil es dann dort sonnig ist, Uns hat unser dieser recht nahe gelegene Strand auf jeden Fall auch sehr gut gefallen, Und die Unterkunft liegt dann auch ziemlich mittig, um die Altstadt zu erkunden, ins Hafengebiet zu kommen oder an die Strände von Lapad zu fahren,

Die Gastgeber waren sehr fürsorglich und zuvorkommend, Es gab selbstgemachte BegrüÃungsliköre und getrocknetes Obst /, Mandeln, bei denen Ivana und Bozo uns mit einer Stadtkarte Tipps für Ausflüge oder Essenslokale in Dubrovnik gegeben haben, Wenn man etwas braucht, ist Ivana für einen da, Ivana hat uns selbst gebackenen Cheesecake bzw, Kamillentee und trockenes Brot, als es mir mit dem Magen schlecht ging, gegeben, Das Apartment ist traumhaft, von der GröÃe sehr komfortabel, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, In der Küche sind neben einer guten Ausstattung an Küchengeräten, Kräuter, Ãl, Butter, Marmelade vorhanden und im Bad gibt es ausreichend Pflegeprodukte, Da man nicht direkt in der Altstadt ist, ist es schön ruhig, Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuà oder mit Bus erreichbar, Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick, Auch der Garten ist schön gestaltet und wir haben gerne die Schildkröten beobachtet, Wirklich eine TOP Unterkunft!

Great hosts, excellent locaitons for visiting all of Dubrovnik, great garden!Ivana and Bozo were great hosts, We really appreciated being picked up from the bus station on the frist day, The rooms were great, just as in the photos, The bed was comfy, shower was very spacious and powerful, Amazing garden (we were allowed to pick fresh tomatoes), Ivana was always on hand to help us and was very accomodating, We also appreciated having some neccesities provided, such as bread, juice, butter etc, plus fresh cheesecake! Apartment Gauro raakt de essentie waarom je op reis gaat, Namelijk niet alleen voor mooie cultuur en natuur, maar ook het verzamelen van bijzondere ervaringen, Het begint al met een warm, persoonlijk welkom door Ivana en Bozo (de 2 eigenaren) met uitgebreide uitleg over de omgeving, vergezeld met heerlijke huisgemaakte likeur, Verder kregen wij een 'welkomstpakket' met een wijntje, sapje, jam en broodjes, Het appartement zelf is knus en gezellig ingericht, De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en er is een ruime badkamer, Tevens is er een mooi terras waar je lekker kan ontbijten en uitzicht hebt over de privétuin (met veel mooie fruitbomen etc,) en de zee, Voeg daar nog de huisgemaakte cheesecake van Ivana aan toe en voor ons was dit het perfecte verblijf in Dubrovnik, Lopen naar het centrum is prima te doen (15 minuten) en het appartement biedt gratis privé parkeergelegenheid (erg handig gezien dit schaars is in de omgeving van Dubrovnik), Al met al een aanrader en we zouden zeker terugkomen!

The two hosts, Ivana and Bozo, went ",the extra mile", to make sure we had a great stay, They made us feel very welcome while giving us a brief overview of the city (what sights to see and places to eat/drink,) Ivana had made a lovely cheesecake and brought us some round a couple of times throughout our stay, They also made their own liqueurs/spirits which we could help ourselves to throughout our time there, As they also lived on the site, any questions we had they were always about to help us, Bozo kindly gave us a lift to the bus station when we left too, which was very helpful as we had to be there quite early, The shower was very good and the kitchen had everything you'd need to cook, There was also an Illy coffee machine available, As we were here at the peak of summer (July-August,) the A/C was very effective at cooling the rooms down, Really struggling to think what could be improved, I suppose the accommodation isn't exactly ",luxurious,", but it certainly isn't basic either - and it was definitely very clean, It's about a 25-30 minute walk to the Old Town, but as we were new to the city we enjoyed this, Plus, there is a bus stop on the way that charged about 15 HVK, The WiFi signal was a bit weak in parts of the property, but this wasn't really an issue for us (and I think they offered another one if we needed it anyway,)

The hosts were so accommodating, providing refreshments and treats at check-in, throughout our stay and on check-out, It was lovely getting to know the hosts a little and to learn more about the area, I am still surprised that this apartment is only 3 stars as it is so beautiful and homely (just like the pictures) and in my opinion should be 5 stars! Would be very happy to stay again upon my return to Dubrovnik! Oh and the transfer recommended by the hosts to and from the airport was superb!

We had a wonderful stay here, Nice room, lovely garden, fantastic hosts, Will probably go back next year, 15-20 min walk to old town, Pretty long stairs(60 steps)to entrance which is no problem but good to know if you have a knee injury or something,

This complex of two self contained apartments forms part of a family home, occupied by the owners who also manage the accomodation, Ivana and Bozo, the owners, ensured in an attentive but unobtrusive way that our stay was problem free and that all our needs were met to the last detail, Their helpful local knowledge and friendliness created a ",home from home", atmosphere throught which contributed greatly to an enjoyable holiday, We would certainly return here if visiting Dubrovnik in the future,
