Dubrovnik 2024The house is perfect, It has everything you need and the location is great, It has air-conditioning in all the rooms, which is essential, it has a lovely outside terrace, It&#39,s a short distance by car from the Oldtown and in the opposite direction from Lapad, Each has a different vibe, the Oldtown has lively bars, and Lapad is more relaxed, If i return to Dubrovnik i would definitely stay here again,

We were a family of 7 and this villa was perfect for us, Tony is the sweetest host we have met, We arrived on a sunday when most supermarkets were closed and tony drove us to the one that was open, The kitchen was already stocked with the basics plus some juice and beer :) the dining table and living space was great for a large famiky like ours and the kitchen had all the amenities (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc) The villa was super clean, The bus stop for the old town was right outside the place and the journey is only about 10 mins, Nice neighbourhood too ! Overall we loved the place, Thank you Tony and Ivana !

This property was very well looked after, clean, spacious and very well appointed for 6 people, We had 4 adults and 2 children with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, The property agent Tony was very nice and obliging and was there for any problems that might have arisen, As it turns out the only problem that arose was that the WiFi cut out several times, Tony was over in a flash to rectify the problem, I would recommend this property to families looking for some peace and quiet a little away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, It is up on the hill about a 20 min walk to the Old Town but with a bus running almost right outside the door every 15mins downtown, Very convenient,

The house was lovely, Extremely clean and all new, Antonio was there to greet us on arrival, and both he and his mother were available whenever we had questions, The location is a 20-30 minute walk from the old town, or a quick bus ride, Buses run regularly, and we were very happy to not be staying in the old town itself, I would certainly recommend this house and would stay again if I were returning to the area,

A super holiday home, Ivana the owners Mother was there to welcome us and show how everything worked, not very good English but able to understand her, a lovely lady, Anthony came an hour or so later who had very good English and was very helpful, A great start to our 5 day break, The accommodation is very new, it was also very clean we had a change of towels and bed linen after 3 days, I could not fault it, The walk to the old town is about 20 minutes, or the is a bus stop at the end of the road, 2 minute walk, that takes you to the old town, There is also a taxi rank about 3 minutes walk down the hill,
