Apartments are conveniently located a short distance from Lapad beach and a 30 minute walk or short bus/taxi ride into Dubrovnik Old Town, The apartment we stayed in was modern, well appointed and spotlessly clean, Although out contract stated that the room would be available from 3pm we arrived at 11am, were greeted by the owner Karolina and given full use of all facilities, The pool is quite small but again is kept clean and has beautiful views over the marina and port, I could find no fault with either the accommodation or location and would happily stay at Villa Peragro again if I return to Dubrovnik,

Villa Peragro is truly exceptional accommodation, Villa Peragro is by far the best holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in, The Villa is new, built to an exacting and very high standard, It is beautifully appointed, the layout of the apartment is modern and steamlined, All of the fixtures and fittings are high quality, The modern and up-to-date interiors are complimented by the beautiful stonework on the facade, The outside space is smooth and fresh, easy to walk on, and well lit at night, The outside dining table (which accommodates six, and has a barbeque) is an added bonus - sitting outside in the evening gives spectacular views of the night landscape of Lapad, The swimming pool is pristine, and there is an ample supply of sun loungers, The Villa and its surroundings are quiet, while having the added advantage of being less then 5 minutes from the bus route into the old city There is a bakery five minutes away, and a local supermarket is also close to the Villa, Karolina is warm, friendly, engaging and gracious, always on hand to give advice and answer any queries, Karolina also helps with booking taxis, and general advice on the local area, Karolina is fabulous - achieving a high standard in hospitality and setting a benchmark standard,

My wife and I usually stay close to the Old Town when we visit Dubrovnik, but we wanted to experience the Lapad area, We chose Villa Peragro because of the pool, and we weren't disappointed, It was wonderful returning to the villa after a day exploring, and then cooling off in the pool, The views from the terrace are a bonus, The apartment is new, exceptionally clean with everything you need, and is set in a quiet residential area, Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and beaches are within easy walking distance, with taxis and buses just minutes away, It only took us about 30 minutes to walk into the Old Town, Karolina is a great host, she met us at the apartment on arrival and responded very quickly to any requests, I would definitely recommend Villa Peragro,

my short review is- This place was amazing and everything you see is what you get, the place looks even better in person then in the pictures which never happens! My long review is- my sister and I stayed here for a week and aside from what you come to Dubrovnik for this place will make your stay a 100% more relaxing, It's a brand new place and I cant express enough how clean it is, I felt totally at home wonderful showers located in your room and outside by the pool, The rooms have everything you need from a kitchen to a place to eat, wifi, cable, bathroom, kitchen utensils, comfortable beds with big white fluffy comforters, Outside you got the pool with comfty lounge chairs and tables to relax at, My favorite part of this place is sitting out by the pool at night looking at the beautiful view of Dubrovnik lit up and the mountains silhouette with the bright blue pool lit up right beside you, I can honestly say it was worth our money and what made it the best was the women who hosted us her name is Karolina and she is truly wonderful and really made us feel at home, She and everyone who put this place together worked really hard and it totally shows! I'm not talking the generic kind lady that hosts you and is overly nice no she defiantly has a sense of humor and an inviting spirit, If you need her at any point she responds right away and will do anything to make your stay as amazing as possible, if you have any questions on what to do she will help you out, It's a really safe environment with a beatuiful view and if we're ever back in Dubrovnik hopefully this place isn't booked out because this is our #1 choice! Side note for those staying here, Whatever you do set a side a time to book a reservation at (Pantarul) it's a restaurant, 4min walk away from you and the best food we had in Dubrovnik Go to Coarl Beach Club if you have time obviously check out the old town and we suggest checking out the Buza bar on the cliffs in the old town funniest and least expensive way to get around is to rent a scooter down by the port (plenty of parking available on the street and the garages should be done then so you could rent a car to,) Grocery stores, restaurants, and port are walking distance! Have an amazing trip!
