I would definitely recommend staying here!It was even better than I expected, The apartment was pretty cozy, comfortable and very clean, The location was great too, a comfortable walk to the old town and very close to a nice beach, The hosts were also extremely nice and helpful!

The apartment is a perfect option for spending a few days visiting Dubrovnik whether you are travelling solo or in a couple, Goran was very welcoming and the nice biscuits and homemade fig jam were amazing, The apartment is close to probably one of the best beaches in Dubrovnik, and within walking distance from the old town, port and bus station to the airport, Really enjoyed my stay there!

Aanrader voor een goed verblijf,Toen ik met de taxi aankwam stond Goran me al buiten op te wachten, Ondanks het late tijdstip, Ik kreeg een uitgebreide uitleg en lekkernijen, Basic appartementje, maar brandschoon, goede wifi, goede douche, Fijn beschut beneden-terrasje maar boven kun je ook de stoelen buiten zetten boven aan de trap en in het zonnetje uitkijken over de gezellig drukke straat, de mooie baai en de zee voor de deur, Diverse soorten koffie en thee, een oven, alles is aanwezig, Deze accomodatie voelde als thuis met deze lieve mensen, Aanrader is Otto streetfood aan de overkant van de straat, Hemelse Otto-burger! Parkeren? Koop online een dayticket zone 3 voor maar 8,60 per 24 uur via de website van Sanitat, Of iets verderop bij de automaat, Supermarktje van Studenac naast de deur, Heerlijk verblijf gehad voor een goede prijs, aanrader!

amazing place and owner! the view and location is unreal for the price, you are a 10min walk down to what we thought was the best beach in dubrovnik (can swim off the rocks or beach, has cliff jumps as well) we were greeted with fresh figs, homemade fig jam and chocolate biscuits which all tasted great! has well sized fridge and bathroom as well as air conditioning, as itâs a 15min walk from the old town you sleep really well as the streets arenât as busy, the shutters keep most of the noise out anyway, highly recommend staying here as long as you can :)

Goran and his wife Anna are both warm and welcoming, yet not intrusive at all, Arriving late at night, Goran was waiting outside on the streets to make sure we didn',t miss the place, We were welcomed with a tray of brownies, a jar of homemade fig jam and a bowl of the sweetest grapes, What a way to start our vacation, The apartment was clean, comfortable and really had stunning views, especially at night, There are eateries, convenience stores and bakeries nearby, while walking to both the Old Town and Lapad was very possible due to its central location, The pictures also don',t do the room justice, it',s much nicer and well maintained in person,

the owner of the place is extremely nice and the apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay in Dubrovnik, The owner speaks very good English and it was easy to communicate with him whilst we were there - recommended!

I had an excellent stay! Goran is very welcoming and the apartment was full of special touches (even a homemade fig jam as a gift), It was also exceptionally clean and very comfortable, The sea view is lovely and the location is great as you can reach the old town in 10-15 minutes with a nice walk over the sea or buses nearby, I can only recommend!
