Gute Lage in der Nähe Metro und Bäckerei sowie Supermarkt, Modern anmutende Einrichtung, USB Steckdosen, Sehr schnelles Internet, Check in und check out: der Schlüssel muss einen Block weiter Weg abgeholt werden mit 2 SchlieÃmechanismen, Anweisungen sind aber klar beschrieben, Weitere Punkte: ⢠Kein groÃer Spiegel ⢠Dokumentation Hausregeln: WiFi Zugang veraltet im PDF ⢠Keine funktionierende Abluft im Bad ⢠Schlechte Lärm Isolierung Fenster ⢠Nicht sauber (Ein Bett mit Stockflecken, Sofa mit vielen ekligen Flecken) ⢠Dusche hat sehr wenig Wasserdruck ⢠1000 Euro Kaution ist zu hinterlegen per Kreditkarte

Very good location, neighbourhood, Steep stairs to the rooms, Deposit has to be set beside the fee was prepaid, Balcony cannot be used for smoking, according to signs,

Stayed here for 2 nights to explore the city, Directions for collecting keys were clear and easy to follow, The outside space is a big plus! It does allow the front room/,kitchen to feel more spacious, as it is a bit smaller than the pictures show, Bedrooms were really good sizes! There is everything you need inside the apt, A couple of shops underneath the apt and a cafe/,bar that is open til late, pizza place on the corner opposite, Metro is only a short walk away, Overall, it was a comfortable and easy stay, I would stay here again, We could not get onto the WiFi, However, we were not in the apt for long periods for it to bother us, 10am checkout is quite early, so be prepared if you are thinking of having big luggage/,bags to carry for the rest of the day,

The location and cleanliness, The apartment was not prepared for 6 people: there were only 5 pillows, bed linen for the sofa bed was missing, The sofa bed was uncomfortable and creaked terribly, The apartment is too tight for 6 people, The electric kettle did not work, we contacted the employees and they promised us to bring a new kettle, but they did not, There was only one pot in the kitchen, in which we had to boil water for tea,

Loved the space: a beautiful, sunny duplex in the heart of the Latin Quarter, Lots of space and needs and perfect for a family or group of friends, The house is well stocked which makes it easier, The bathrooms likely need to be modernized but we managed fine,
