Guest assessment:
The apartment is in a great neighbourhood where we felt safe and close to the Metro, It was bright and clean with plenty of towels and toiletries, It has been designed to a good standard, The courtyard gave it a nice touch, Many cooking and washing facilities are available if needed, Great wifi, and the shower was just right, The security to get in and out of the apartment added another layer of safety, We loved the local bakery and choice of shops, We had a surprise to see a great view of the Eiffel Tower close to the apartment a couple of streets away, It was a little bit tight for space for the 3 of us and had a large coffee table which took up space when we opened the sofa bed, A few items had slight damage, We couldn',t access Netflix on the TV for us to log in using our own account, and the washing up sponge was used by previous guests, After contacting the agent and were told they would come back to us, they stopped responding, The curtains need to be wider to give adequate privacy,

Quite unusual but smooth checkin in a quest stile, nice bright apartment, very convenient location, close to subway, supermarket, and tasty bakery with fresh croissants, Apartment has everything necessary for the kitchen, hairdryer, iron, Cabinets and door handles need repair, There',s a lack of a mirror in the room, and poor sound insulation, There are also unexpected additional conditions to gain access to the apartment, which appear a few days before moving in, The tenant must provide additional information via the links and pay an additional â¬500 deposit, It is not clear why such conditions are not indicated in the Booking when choosing an apartment,
